Can't give the hotel a good rating. It is clean but we faced a few issues. Coming there after a long day, made the welcome very unpleasant. Although hotels.com it mentions that parking is available, the hotel parking was full (only 30 spots as we were told and with pay). We had to go around in traffic two times so we could park across the street in a John Lewis parking lot.
At the reception they confirmed that we booked a two single beds room and handed us the key without mentioning anything else. When we got to the room we found out that we were given an accessibility room, although we didn't book it. When I went down to the reception to ask, the ladies insisted this is what I booked. I checked again and again and made sure there was no such thing. At least they could've warned us, asked if it was suitable and/or apologized. I was with my 75 year old father and the bathroom situation was very inconvenient. What makes less sense is that a wheelchair wouldn't have fit through the room in their 2 single beds arrangement. At least they should admit to their mistakes and not make the guest feel more frustrated, which they managed to do perfectly.
