What a beautiful hotel The Parkgate is. We couldn’t have picked better for our stay in Cardiff. The check in was very welcoming and warm, we had arrived early and were very grateful our room was ready. The decor of the hotel was fitting for its history and it was immaculate throughout. Our accessible room was spacious and very well equipped for a perfect nights stay. Breakfast was also a positive experience with great produce and friendly service. A luxury experience on every level. Thank you to the lovely staff and the beautiful accommodation.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The architecture is stunning and decor is beautiful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious with really comfortable beds. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to come back. The Receptionist that greeted us and checked us in was wonderful - I wish I had taken his name. He was so helpful with advice about the area and was friendly and welcoming. An amazing member of staff. To be fair all the staff were really good! A wonderful stay.

The Parkgate Hotel is well-situated, and a beautiful hotel. Their breakfast was delicious, and the rooms are comfortable and modern. It is a bit tricky because there is no place to pull up in front of the hotel to drop off or pick up guests and luggage, but that seems to be pretty standard in Cardiff. The location of this hotel can't be beat for those attending events at Principality Stadium.
