Ah, o Grand Hyatt... Esse hotel sempre teve a melhor estrutura do Rio. Muito superior ao Fasano, ao Emiliano e ao Fairmont. O mais próximo talvez seja o Sheraton Grand, porém com um detalhe. Nesse último você fica muito restrito à praia do Vidigal, que por ser encravada no local, acaba sendo muito cheia (fora as limitações de horários de acesso, já que o hotel recolhe as escadas). Enfim, o Hyatt, na minha opinião, pecava por uma coisa: qualidade do serviço de atendimento ao hóspede. Não falo...
