The staff allowed someone who was not a guest harassed and not allow me to go to my room in the hotel i paid for. Didnt feel safe nor, did they accommodate or fox the situation after. Staff was really rude, Gustavo and douglas pablo all fromt desk employees. I will advise all americans to stay away deom property if they want to fill safe and protected

Just too many flaws to name from super thin walls to long waits for elevators to computer from the 90s, etc...guess I should be glad the bed was clean and there was running water. definitely a mistake choosing this one
