Arrived at 12am.I knew check in was at 2pm.I was waiting at the reception.I then asked the reception if I could leave my bag till 2.Rudely replied No.She said no space in there but she was then happy to keep other guest’s bags till 2.I then waited till 2 at the reception.It took receptionist 30 mins to get my room keys sorted.Only 1 very slow and extremely rude lady at the reception.I took a 15 hours flight prior.I was so tired.Rooms are boiling(A/C exist but don’t work properly),bedsheets were dirty and stinky.They charge you $2 for a bottle of water when you leave(not mentioned anywhere).It’s a scamming hotel,not 5 star maybe 2 stars,horrible horrible staff.
Reception lady mentioned luggage room is completely full.Lol.She then accepted this silver case from another case.

Fiquei muito tempo na fila pro cheking, o quarto que pedi foi casal luxo, o teto do banheiro tinha modo, no box tinha cabelo, não limparam direito, o armário que fica o frigobar está podre e cainda. Hoje de manhã tentei contato diversas vezes com a recepção sem sucesso, são três números nenhum atendeu. Resumo, era pra ser uma noite relaxa te com meu marido e a experiência não foi boa.

Razoável, dá para ficar porém o nosso quarto estava com as cortinas imundas, o que nos faz pensar se realmente é limpo todo o quarto, o café da manhã era algo mais “só para falar que tinha”, não era tão satisfatório, não havia luzes no nosso quarto, somente via abajures e a recepção esqueceu de mencionar que para usar o elevador precisava passar o cartão do quarto, ficamos um tempinho batendo a cabeça.

A equipe dos funcionários foram muito solícitos. Quero de coração agradecer a camareira Senhora Cláudia, do décimo andar. Uma pessoa muito gentil, deixava cama e banheiro muito limpo. Já tive problemas de outras vezes, mas agora ela foi perfeita. Trocou todos os dias as toalhas e deixava cama e banheiro muito bem arrumado sem contar a educação que nos tratou. Muito obrigada!!!! Voltarei outras vezes! Parece que o hotel está voltando a ter bom padrão!!

O Hotel e o quarto são ótimos, apesar do ar condicionado do meu quarto não estar funcionando. Porém tudo muito limpo, organizado, novo e de qualidade. O Banheiro tem uma ducha maravilhosa e muito limpo. Meu ponto negativo vai para a localização. Por eu não conhecer muito bem a região, achei ela escondida e distante do metrô ou BRT, não me senti segura pelas ruas próximas para andar a noite. Para chegar e sair usei o UBER e foi super tranquilo.

A equipe de funcionários muito boa e prestativa, mas ficou devendo quando pedi + dois travesseiros e toalhas de rosto,fiz a solicitação na recepção mas não fui atendido totalmente. Outro ponto negativo é a limpeza dos quartos, muito fraca. No mais, estava tudo muito bom e, apesar dessas questões negativas, com certeza me ospeto e indico o hotel.

Não merece 4 estrelas, chão muito sujo,corredores e quartos muito escuros, roupa de cama e banho não é trocada diariamente. Café da manhã sem frutas, embutidos de qualidade inferior, por exemplo não tem presunto, servem apresuntado. Não atenderam e não resolveram nenhuma das reclamações. Não voltaríamos , falta muito para ser chamado de Hotel- Não recomendamos.
