Our stay was 5 days, it was very pleasant, there were always activities for children and adults, there was always a place to eat and the food was very good in most of the sites. Communication was lacking upon check in and throughout the stay. Their website and expedia's said you could access all iberostar locations in the area but that is not true. You don't even have access to the entire resort we stayed at advertised as all-inclusive however that was not true you had to pay extra for some shows and certain areas of the resort and bars were only accessible if you paid extra for a membership but that was not communicated prior to booking. And the air conditioning in our room kept breaking. We would not stay at this resort again.

Beautiful resort. The staff were all amazing. We had a great time. Only issues we had was the quality of the food. My wife and kid ate something which caused them to get sick. The buffet was almost the same food everyday. All buffets are outdoor type. We had some issues with our A/C.

We didnt enjoy 1 day of our 5 day vacation there staff was the worst starting with us checking in and to our last day ! We do not recommend this place at all! Theres no AC in the food places our AC went out in our room they did fix it after 3 phone calls. Most of the staff was really rude and sometimew even ignore when your trying to get transportation.
