It was a nice stay about 15 minute walk from city center.

I stayed at a different place in Valladolid the night before at a higher price, but this place was much better in multiple aspects. It’s very close to the centro, staff was friendly, room was clean with large beds, there was plenty was parking space.

Good place to stay for the night. Room was clean and close to the plaza. The only thing I really disliked was the parking arrangement. It’s hard to get in and out due to other cars blocking you in. Overall it was a good stay.

Well, the room was clean and comfortable. They appear to be working on fixing it up a bit but still a bit to go. Honestly, it’s a good value if you are driving through and need a place to stay with parking. I wouldn’t suggest it as a place to come and hang out at. Staff was very friendly and the AC and ceiling fan worked great. 15 minute walk to main area, not picturesque. It was a good value for momey

New property very nice and clean stuff are excellent but it was so new like some basic things like a coffee pot in the room and the Wi-Fi was really iffy but that could be the whole area. Located a few blocks from the Square but still very walkable and good restaurants in the area. Our room was located next to the street so it was very noisy Ok value for the price.

The hotel is what you'd expect but could do few things to improve like adding a hand towel and one for the floor as half the bathroom would get wet when showering. Also the location was much further from the centre than shown on Expedia which has been a big disappointment, not hotel's fault but check Google maps before you book, it's a good 15 min walk to main square.

The hotel is quite simple, but new, clean, modern and good value, with air conditioning and TV. Staff were friendly. No real amenities but a nice clean place. One little note that the map location Expedia showed was wrong. Apple maps on my phone showed somewhere else too. I had to find it by accident. It is actually located several blocks further away (at Calle 29) from the center, which wasn't ideal since I was there for only 1 night and wanted to be closer to the bus station. And they didn't have a website for me to compare. But still, a nice place walking distance to center.

Una experiencia complicada. La chica del turno de la tarde, no es nada amable. El velador se duerme y me dejaron afuera durante 30 minutos porque nos cerraron el lobby y el estacionamiento. No había manera de entrar. La chica de la mañana es muy amable y atenta. Las instalaciones son buenas, el agua está templada y cuentan con boyler. Sus camas son cómodas y la habitación fue agradable. Solo creo que el servicio podría mejorar.

Me he hospedado varias veces, y la atencion es muy impersonalizada, cada vez que voy hay duda para encontrar mi reservacion y me terminan dando otra habitacion opcional, en una ocasion la puerta del baño se quedo atorada durante la noche y no pude acceder a el hasta el otro dia, desconocia que cerrarban el lobby y debias bajar a golpear la puerta para despertar al velador, en otras ocasiones me dieron una habitacion demasiada pequeña y el ruido de albañiles en esa temporada, las ultimas dos ocasiones me ha tocado las habitaciones que dan a la calle, el ruido es demasiado por motos y autobuses, al igual que en otra ocasion me despertaron para mover mi auto ya que se encajonan el estacionamiento es pequeño. Le dan mas importancia a las llegadas que a las reservaciones

Hotel novo, quarto amplo, água quentinha. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Localização muito boa, a poucos minutos da praça principal da cidade, onde é bastante agitado à noite, com muitas lojinhas e restaurantes.
