Great hotel good value staff very friendly and great location.
It is a fabulous hotel. Location, decor, staff and food. The only negative is small but the room we had was long and narrow and the TV was almost impossible to hear but that was only a small thing. The coffee machine and separate shower and bath were luxury.
Absolutely great hotel, really liked everything about it. And backed up by fantastic location right in the city centre. 5*
Really great hotel, nice rooms, Beatles memorabilia all the way around, you will enjoy your time there. Can be noisy on weekends, ask for rooms not facing Matthew Street if you want a more quiet place.
Lovely venue and atmosphere, the location of the hotel could not be better, it’s so close to everything - shopping, tourist sites etc. Right beside Matthew Street for the avid Beatles fan. Only negative was the lack of power/charging points in the room. Staff were polite and brilliantly helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
Liverpool is a lovely city and the people are most welcoming and helpful.
A lovely hotel so near everything the staff where very friendly and helpful . The only thing I have to say about the hotel is the noise from the road i couldn't sleep the 2 nights we where there i know we where right next to a busy street blut it was really bad .
Hotel was lovely, location fantastic.. Good nightlife and shopping literally around the corner.. Short walk to the docks. Would definitely return.
Staff really helpful and friendly. Although the room looked clean, bathroom fresh adn clean, the carpet did not appear to have been hooveredwhich let the room down.
Giving a lovely room but a joining which is not good as you could hear everything especially the woman was so gobby, should only be for friends or family, we did get a move straight away which was good.
