Luxury, perfect location but a bit disappointed.
The Pullman Hotel is a luxury, modernly designed hotel with good security and in a great location. The location is one of the main attractions, being within a short walking distance of the Albert Dock and a 5 minute walk away from the city centre. It’s the perfect location if you’re wanting a bit of peace and quiet but you’re still close enough to feel like you’re staying in the city. The rooms are modern, clean but bed’s could be comfier. Overall I am happy with my stay BUT after spending that bit extra to stay here to experience the luxury feeling we were very disappointed when told room service was not available. This may seem picky but we spent extra to stay in this hotel because we wanted the luxury to order a pizza from the comfort of our room at any time which when we booked that’s what we expected. We then had to find somewhere late at night that did food past midnight, which ruined the stay a little.
