A staff or another guest used a key to come into my room while i was half naked. I was traumatize and left and stayed at a friend house. I should get a refund. I was there for 2hrs or less

One word: Awful
Reported constant beeping from smoke alarm outside of room. Never fixed. Complained 3 times, even gong down to front desk. Scared my dog so bad she tried to run away.

Brother’s Wedding
We arrived to the hotel really early due an 5am arrival to JFK. The hotel held our bags. They were kind to get us a room around 1:30pm. My two sisters arrived later, one was across the hall and the other a floor down. So it was great we close to each other. Breakfast is a full hot meal and not just danish and cold cereal. It’s close to the subway and Barclays Center. There’s only one elevator and it’s slow. The rooms could use some updating but it’s not bad. The walls are somewhat thin so you can hear talking from the hallway. Our last night they were kind to let us used the breakfast room for our last family dinner and fellowship.

Upon check in we got moved to another hotel down the street due to some water issues at the Holiday Inn Express. Well needless to say the room We got moved to wasn’t comparable to what we paid for and booked it was like we were staying in a bedroom set up in an IKEA show room. Room was tiny and everything was made of plywood. The bed was a queen at best when we booked a king room and I’m 5’10” and my husband is 6’5” so needless to say that was uncomfortable. The shower had a 1/2 glass door so the bathroom flooded with water. The walls were paper thin and people were arguing and slamming doors all night. It was a horrible experience to say the least.
