Avoid this disheveled hotel
Hotel is in complete disrepair. My room was on the third floor but the elevators would not work correctly - it did this thing where you had to select another floor first and then would bring you to the third. It was confusing and annoying The fitness center of you want to call it that was tiny and dirty. The cardio machines were both broken. There were leftover popcorn and snacks from prior guests still in the cupboards I will not be back

Decent stay, I would stay again
The hotel provided a decent stay. I was able to get comfortable quickly. They conserve energy by leaving the air conditioning off and I did like that. The parking deck or garage they have was full by the time I arrived, but I was able to find parking on the cross street with no issue. When I left on my check out day, I did not stop by the front desk. I usually don't, I just leave as my stay has ended. Around 5PM, I received a phone call asking if I checked out. I thought that was kind of weird considering I left at 11AM and it was so late now, and was already in another state. I was not sure what happened there, but overall, I would stay again.

Could have been 5 stars but…
This could have been a 5 star review but we subtracted two stars because -- at check-in they told us they had a "deal" to upgrade our room for $25 USD per night. We took that offer, only to find out upon looking online that it was not a deal -- I checked and saw that it cost $20 USD more per night on hotels.com, and on the hotel's website the upgraded room cost $24 USD more per night. The only reason we upgraded was because we thought it was actually a deal based on their word - but it was in fact just their regular price, and slightly more than if we chose the upgraded room on hotels.com.
