He doesn't know but he saved our cruise departure with his advise (what time leaving the hotel to get to the port to be on time). The lobby is under rénovation but not really impact us. Second time we stayed there, easy to get to Time Square by the path by foot."

"We had a great experience at Canopy. We really appreciate Nisha at the front desk who helped us get an early check-in. That made a big difference for our stay. We came from out of town to spend time with our daughter and we didn't have to go back and forth to check in. We are also thankful for the person at the restaurant who helped my husband when he took his cancer meds without any food in his stomach. We do not know his name but he was very kind and helpful. We also are thankful for Mabinti (sorry if wrong spelling) for changing our room during reservation time from King to double queen."
