Pictures do not match the rooms at all. My room was terrible, so loud I could t sleep all night. They were kind enough to refund me some money and cancel the following nights but would not stay there again or recommend if you can afford something better.

On the other side everything is too much automatic, check in takes a lot of time, the lights in the lobby are pretty ugly , the floor in the room pretty steaky. The overall stay at Sonder was not bad, however, I gave it a 3 star as the HVAC unit on the building failed and had to be reset thus resulting in our room raising to 81 degrees and after being reset, never falling below 77 degrees. When I went down to request a fan as instructed by the concierge onsite, there was no one available. Room was quiet, and plenty dark at night. No shower door though, leaving plenty of room for water to get out and onto the bathroom floor.
