Quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient.
Clean and comfortable, large room by NY standards. Nice neighborhood with lots of good restaurants and shops. Room was quiet despite being near elevator and ice machine. Staff friendly and helpful. Few parking spaces, but called while driving in and was able to hold a space for our arrival- great customer service. Just a few blocks to 3 different subway stations - very convenient.

The hotel itself and staff are great. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite. The parking situation was not so great. It's expensive and its difficult to park at the hotel itself. Also, if you arrive at night time, you may have to park far and find your way back to the hotel. The paid garage nearest the hotel fills up quickly.
