The hotel was a place to stay after a long flight. There was a shuttle back and forth to Federal Circle where you got the Air Train to JFK. The room was ok, definitely had old carpets, and tubs, no unpleasant odor but didn’t feel fresh and clean. There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker that brewed a cup. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice, white, and clean. The staff during the day was pleasant and helpful, when we arrived in the evening, there were quite a few people who got off the shuttle with us and we felt rushed. We are not given any information about the amenities, breakfast or the shuttle.

We stay at this hotel so often when traveling to and feom JFK and it's always reliable and consistent. The staff is friendly, the food in the little restaurant off the lobby is tasty, the free breakfast has a lot of options and is kept clean by the staff, the rooms are surprisingly spacious and always clean. Most importantly, thr shuttle to the airport comes every 20 minutes and has been totally reliable.

Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. We had a canceled flight and had to book the same day and it was a great stay overall, even had a discount for snacks and drinks. Only thing I would mention is to make sure everything is clean in the room since some of the linens had some stains and we had to get them changed, and one of the unused towels in the bathroom had what appeared to be facial hair
