When we checked in we had to park at another parking lot without lighting across the street because they had an event going in at the hotel. We further had to go out at midnight to move the car from that parking lot to the hotel as we were told if we didn’t we would get towed. Very inconvenient.

Had problems with check in as credit card machine denied all credit cards although bank confirmed no transactions were coming through. Front desk was finally able to resolve. Had a few problems with room (toilet leaking, electrical outlet not working). All staff very nice and helpful. Location was perfect for our needs.
