Good Value 'BUT" Strict/Heavy Handed-Inattentive
1) Upon Check-In, we asked if we could have a Lake-View Room & we were told "Yes". Our Room has a Parking Lot View.
2) The "Deadbolt" on our Room Door wouldn't lock. We reported this to BOTH our Room Service Attendant AND the Front Desk. NEVER was repaired?!
3) When you Turned on the TV, it Defaulted to HDMI. Each time of Power Up, we would have to go to "Source", Re-select "TV" to watch. Reported to the Front Desk, NEVER fixed?!
4) Our Guestroom #512 was Clean, 'BUT' appeared worn out, in need of a refresh, OR even Paint, Maintenance, Bathroom Doorstop etc.
5) The "Coffee" from the "Breakfast Room Dispensers" has a VERY strong "Sulfur" flavor?! We're Floridians & are aware of the Sulfur & Chlorine flavor in our Drinking Water..."BUT"...wouldn't it be prudent to Install an Inexpensive Water Filter on your Coffee Dispensers?
6) Upon Arrival as we were walking to the Front Desk for Check-In, we were "Accosted" by a "Pitch Woman", something about a Free Park Ticket or $100? Really?
7) You really need to rethink the Security Gate Ingress/Egress:
a. Instead of the Driver of a Vehicle to needing to Get Out of their Vehicle to Press a Button, why not have a Sensor which does the same action, so they can simply Roll Down their Window & Speak?
b. Pedestrians can't get through the Security Gates unless a Vehicle Trips the Sensor?
c.Install Push Button?
8) Your Property does have some "Positive Attributes":
a. Security Fencing & Motorized Gates fully surrounding the property.
