Everything you need in a b and b, we had a kettle and mini fridge in the room however take your own bowl and spoon if you want cereal in your room! Clean, comfy bed and convenient for visiting family in Nuneaton . Didnt use room service or visit restaurant.

This place is really nice but could be something amazing with a bit more TLC. The room we stayed in was extremely spacious but could do with a little bit of renovation. As I’m from Bristol we both had a good chat about the south and she was amazing I messed up booking and she dealt with it all amazing! And the views from room were outstanding and so peaceful and private!

My low ratings are for the communal area inside reception & bar/restaurant. There was a lot of rubbish laying around including on the sofas & chairs. Every surface & the floor were extremely dirty. Horrid smell too. Glasses & cups were filthy. Our room was surprisingly nice; clean & spacious.

Check in was smooth. The property needs a deep Clean. Bedroom carpet stained badly over head bed lights thick with dust. Hot tub had scum marks around the edges. Glasses and ashtrays left on the floor from previous stay.
