Quick stop
My stay was good, i just needed it for one night and it was good. Location was great, eateries was in walking distance and also a couple of stores like Target, Ross, Burlington was like 5mins drive. The pool was clean but it was raining so never got in. For the price it was great.

Great budget friendly option!
Super budget friendly hotel, incredibly clean, newly painted, tile floors, and quiet grounds. If you are looking for a place to lay your head after long days out, this is the place. I traveled with my husband and 2 year old and couldn't be more pleased with the price and cleanliness of the room. It isn't directly on the main road so it was quiet and the staff was so nice up front. We will definitely stay here again on the next Orlando trip!

Terrible night
My husband and I have stayed here /x before with no issues. This time was me and my daughter. Someone started pounding on our door in the middle of the night, yelling things we couldn’t understand. The room phone would not work, so we called 911 from my cell and hid in the bathroom until police officers came. Wi-Fi password they gave also didn’t work. Me and my daughter were very shaken up and not able to go back to sleep.

A Place to Sleep, but not much else.
Well... It is a hotel, but Resort... Not really. It was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The elevator was nice. But no room service ever came. We got towels once from the front desk, but latter they were closed and the doors were locked. The TV Remote died, but we couldn't get ahold of anyone. The pool was supposed to be heated, but after a few minutes I knew what the people on the Titanic felt like, so the pool was unusable. Then I was trying to get ice for my cooler, and the maid lady (who never came to our room) said only one ice bucket was allowed and you couldn't fill your cooler, because the ice machine couldn't keep up. The pop machine was also broke. I mean it is a freaking hotel, and I have to keep my food cold and I have more than will fit in the little tiny fridge. Also the hotel safe was broken so I had no place to lockup my firearm. We finally just left a day early and went to another hotel. They would not give us a refund for the extra day. If you are broke and need a place to sleep it is okay, but a "Resort" it is not.

This place was sufficient for our overnight stay but I would not rate anywhere near 8.8. It is a good value but that’s about it. It was kind of noisy but comfortable on the whole. Very few amenities

Truly enjoyable
Have stayed here numerous times now and it is truly enjoyable being at this hotel. The location is great and the room is spacious and comfortable. I feel treated less like a guest and more like a family member. All aspects of this stay was great, and I look forward to being back there again soon.

Quick trip/plumbing problems
This was a quick visit for a high school class reunion, picked this location because of convenience and close to the event location. Tried to use the hair dryer and it would not work. Reset and unplugged several times, and nothing. Overall the hotel grounds and room were clean. The next morning, toilet backed up. Went to take a shower and the shower would not drain, so I had to make it quick and not even wash my hair, afraid the tub would fill up. Called the front desk several times and no answer. Walked around and told housekeeping of the toilet and shower problem, I said I hated to leave it like this, but I’ve been calling the front desk to get a plunger, but no one answered. She asked if I needed it now and I said not to worry I was about to leave. Upon check out, I informed the front desk about the problems. She apologized and said I should’ve called.
