Where did the good reviews come from?
I’m not sure where the positive reviews came from but this place is terrible! I have never felt unsafe traveling before until now. The lady who checked us in was great, but that’s it. That is the only positive thing I can say. There are vagrants roaming the property and it appears this might be a long term living situation for some. Throughout the night you could hear people fighting outside. The rooms were so tiny and uncomfortable, not to mention dirty. The a/c didn’t work and the fan barely circulated any air. The parking lot and common ground was littered with all kinds of bags of trash from people. We only stayed one night thank goodness and left by 5am. Sorry to say but the positive reviews are false….. run!

The room itself was cute. But upon further inspection, things deteriorated. The front office staff was great, but the location, and clientele were shady. When I got in the room I like it. Went to take a shower, and found hair ALL OVER the tub. Once I noticed that I started looking around and found hair on the toilet and in the sink. I took my shower and realized i forgot shampoo, there was no complimentary shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Had to wash my hair with bar soap. The next morning I found a bug in the tub. I went out from 10:00am to 3:00-am the next morning, no turn down service. I won’t be staying there again.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS OR PICTURES! I booked this property based on the positive reviews and nice pictures. They are lies. Paid for the room at the property and went to the room. On the way to the room, we saw a cat sitting in the window of one of the rooms. That was the first clue this establishment rents long term or week to week. When we got to the room, it was absolutely atrocious to put it mildly. The room stank to high heaven and the floor seemed like it had been flooded because the flooring was buckled throughout the room. I went immediately back to the front desk and told the attendant that the room was not going to work for us and requested a refund. The clerk was nice about it and refunded the room. While I was in the office, there was a woman that came in and asked to pay for her room for the week. That was the second clue it was a long term or week to week place. Not that there is anything wrong with that but it was a very nasty place. We left there and walked to the Holiday Inn that sits in front of this one and stayed there. A much better place albeit more expensive. Money well spent.
