I’ve stayed here at least 10 times. This was my first time back in 2 years. MY ROOM WAS FILTHY. The bathroom was full of hair that didn’t belong to anyone in my party. The bed linen was was up to par.

Great Hotel/Lousy Room Keys
The hotel is great! But disjointed. It was easy to use the athletic club next door. The free coffee at this restaurant was not (front desk sent me there but the restaurant staff said not on Saturday). My room key/card never worked despite numerous attempts with new key cards from the front desk. We spent way too much time fighting with the cards.

The flight noise from the nearby airport is the least of the problems. The room’s AC makes an unbearable hissing noise all day and night, and there’s no way to turn it off manually! To make matters worse, the room is connected to the next one by a flimsy connecting door that offers zero soundproofing, leaving you exposed to every noise from your neighbors. We specifically chose this hotel because it’s far from the beaches and bars, hoping to avoid late-night party chaos. Instead, we got neighbors who checked in at ~11 p.m. and were obnoxiously loud—laughing, talking, and making all kinds of crazy noise until well past midnight. This isn’t just a bad experience; it’s outright uninhabitable. The only thing good is they agreed to refund.

Great location. Within a 5 minute walk there were a few restaurants and shops. Came in to town on a saturday and there was a local farmers market right next to the hotel. Was about a 20 minute ride to the Hard Rock Stadium. Only somewhat negative thing is they charge $18 for a breakfast buffet that in my opinion should be free. Its your normal complimentary breakfast that most hotels serve. Other than that, it a place i plan to stay at everytime im in Miami
