This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are a little dated but still warm and inviting. The other spaces throughout the hotel more than compensate for the dated rooms. There are shops and boutiques attached to the hotel, and it seems that they always have some type of event going on when I visit. I would definitely stay again.

Checked in late staff was great. Called earlier to speak to someone about late check in and the manager was rude and less than helpful.
