Nice place to stay prior to cruise
Clean very comfortable in nice area of city easy walk to several restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Older hotel could use some updates on plumbing , elevators . Etc . Nice sitting area outside by lake. Pool very pretty outside didn’t have time to use it.

Very comfortable, amaaaazing shower. Got a room with 2 queens though and while the beds felt smaller than queens, they worked just fine & were comfortable. Less than 15 minutes from the hotel to the rental car return at the airport. Great price considering the location.

It was a pleasant place to stay . We stayed one night and received a ride to the Cruise Ship port. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good, area was very nice. It seemed a little far from the airport.

Great view and transport
The exterior was gorgeous and I loved sitting in the courtyard! The inside was old and needing updates and repairs. Our bathroom door wouldn't even close. There were very few outlets to charge devices and much of the furniture/decor or damaged. We just needed a place to sleep before our cruise with airport shuttle and breakfast, so it was great in that respect. It could definitely use some maintenance, tho.

The front desk & breakfast staff were all good. On arrival, while checking in they dealt with the fire alarm going off for a very long period of time, firemen arriving, hysterical guest as wife bit by a dog (dig staying in the hotel) demanding police & ambulance, then the hysterical dog owner. Two dog bites happened to hotel guests in three days. Tip:use uber as taxi may not arrive. Older facility showing its age.

Over 1 hour wait for shuttle. Old hotel nothing like the good La Quinta inn ans suites I have been in before. Very basic and cheap breakfast. Never stay here again even for free

Nice place but very overpriced. They had a big problem with the phone system and could not take incoming calls so I had to take an uber for my ride which was frustrating. The front clerk Aaliyah took the fare from my rate which was very nice.
