Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre London Heathrow
10/10 Excellent
"Close to the airport, however, you have to pay for the shuttle, and it only runs once per hour, which is not fully explained when you inquire and/or book the shuttle. There are also three Radisson properties on the same road: Radisson Hotel and Conference Center, Radisson Red (these two are connected, and the shuttles/Bolt/Uber know them as Radisson Red), and then further down the road is Radisson Blu. Make sure you know which property you are going to!"
"It’s a great hotel with amazing amenities such a pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The service was amazing by everyone except for the young, long-haired girl in a suit who seemed to be the front desk manager. She was rude and extremely unpleasant; with not one word of acknowledgment nor a simple smile directed at us when making a simple request. The younger front desk staff were amazing! "
"Functional trip to pick up people flying in early next morning. Ok price for hotel although parking (limited spaces) is pricey for more than an hour or two as seems to jump to 24hr. Breakfast good selection but again a set cost per person and again on the pricey side. Check in online, Room was ok and functional plenty of areas to wait and meet up. Did the job again. "
