Comfy Stay
We stayed there overnight between flights. It was a great hotel with very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom...and quiet from outdoor air traffic. Our one complaint is that a room with two double beds, yet there was only one location to place a suitcase. Not only that, but when we requested a couple of folding luggage racks from the bell-woman, to accommodate our second and third suitcases, which needed to be opened and prepped to fly home from a nearly four-week trip across Europe, she made the request from housekeeping, who notified us that they didn't have any. They tried their best to make do with first a chair, which had arms, so could not be used for our purpose, and then a large, flat wheeled cart, which was too low and wide and would be in the way of walking to and from the bathroom. I give them an A+ for effort for trying to accommodate us. Then when I called down to the reception to make the request, I was informed that none exist in the entire building, which I found shocking, as this is a hotel located at an International airport, where people generally travel with at least one piece of luggage each, including couples, and families, especially in a room with more than one bed in it.

Great hotel in a great location, unfortunately there is another Hilton Garden inn in the terminal and me and another guest I met in line were both brought to that one by the taxi drivers. Excluding this incident that I expect you to address , this is a great hotel to stay while waiting for a flight.

One of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at. Well equipped rooms, good amenities. Rooftop bar was good. Direct access to Terminal 2 is very convenient. The only downside was a slow check-in, and some staff seemed a bit clueless.
