"In my ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, I encountered several concerning situations. The sheets were not changed, and I missed two flights due to a child with a disability. I was reluctant to call downstairs or change the rooms. Additionally, the back of the bed had goldfish, a dead bug with blood on the back of the pillow which I noticed the next day, and a roaches on the floor that I had to kill. The staff were nice at check in and the Valet drivers were just amazing on every shift but especially on the overnight!"

"Overall, I had a good experience. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were pleased with the overall condition of the property. The receptionist was professional and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and everything looked either brand new or well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked as expected. The room also had a microwave and a small sink, which were convenient. The only downside was that the fridge did not work. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel offered free breakfast, although we didn’t use it. In general, it’s a nice hotel at a good price. The surrounding area isn’t great, but it’s not too bad either."
