Parking unfair charges
We used the parking lot across the street for one hour but we were charged the daily rate of 22 dollars. The second evening the lot was full and we had to park a bit down the street and still charged 22. We inquired about this at check out but were told 1 min or 24 hrs the charge is 22 dollars.

Weekend not so magical.
Did not have a parking lot or deck to keep my car. Had to park in an open lot across the street. Also, the elevator was terrible as one of them broke down. Everyone that was staying had to use the one remaining slow elevator. The evening reception could use improvement as the only food item other than chips was cheese. My husband does not like cheese.

Value and location
This hotel seems okay for the price but I definitely would not pay more. The space of the suite is plenty for a family of four and I appreciate the in room microwave and mini fridge. If you are working remote, there is a dedicated workspace and internet. The property is decently quiet during the day. There is complimentary hot breakfast downstairs and they let guests take food back to their rooms easily with the provided trays. Do keep in mind it is downtown Orlando one block over from all the bars and clubs so it is loud. Pack your noise canceling ear buds for sleep. I also had a draining issue with my sink so don't let the water run very long (or test before settling in). And only one elevator worked during my stay, prepare to wait for some time. Lastly, the parking lot would not take my RFID code so that was a bit annoying but there was plenty of parking at least.
