Do NOT stay at this hotel!!

Check-in was a nightmare and we were requested to do a "digital check-in" while standing 3 feet from the front desk. Then we had to download an app to act as a "digital room key" that was not functional... finally after 20 minutes of uselessly wasting our time, we were issued a single room key (would not issue a 2nd one) and immediately told to keep the card away from both wallets and phones because it would "wipe it out"... following this we were told if that happens it would take an hour to get back into the hotel/room because the front desk is only staffed until 7pm! That's right... check in is from 3pm-7pm and then you're on your own. Inside the room our spirits were lifting, but only for a very short time... we needed assistance to get the TV to work and it took 3 trips down to the front desk (calling the front desk on the phone was not possible, we tried 3 times). After a visit to our room, the only person on staff had to "steal" a remote from another room to get our TV to work. The sink was tiny and reminded me being back on the ship in the US Navy. The shower didn't have a proper door and you could see the rust building up on the bathroom door frame because the water splashes onto the floor, which I had to clean up with half of our available towels. The bed wasn't the worst thing I've ever slept, but I've slept in some pretty bad situations... I would compare it to sleeping on the benches at an airport if you had a few extra pillows with you. But the iron worked!!

Clean, nice hotel in downtown Orlando. Nice area with free onsite parking. Only knock on it, they took a while to let us in due to limited staff, otherwise I had a nice stay.

    Don't trust private owned Hotels

Management...put me in the wrong room without a balcony. Nor did they call me back or correct the error.

    Horrible hotel!

Never again! The room was nothing like the pictures they advertised! The shower was dirty. The sheets were old and hard and had the little balls. The rug in the room was wet. The entire room smelled moldy. Upon arrival the tv didn’t work. I mean no power NOTHING. We called the front desk no answer. We went out to get something to eat and asked that they take a look. Nothing was done about it. I ended up figuring out there was no power cord plugged into the actual tv.

Cute, small hotel. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. On the last day of my stay, noticed an issue with ants in the bathroom. Other than that, it was great! Hotel is attached to a brewery, and right across from the park. Plenty to do in the area.

I rated this property poorly only because of the cons I have listed. Here are the pros 1.great location 2.very clean 3. Comfortable rooms 4.updated bathrooms. Cons: 1. Management We had reserved a room with a queen bed and a balcony . But they had placed us in a room with long bed and no balcony. The person who worked at the desk said " I only work here I can't help you". She texted the manger, Jennifer , who never even bothered to call back or at the least apologize for the mixed up. Despite having clear reservation papers that stated we have reserved a room with balcony, no one even bothered to care or at least change the price of our room that was so so very small with no balcony. We had already paid the full price to Expedia. 6pm on a Thursday night was considered late check in and all rooms were occupied Problem 2: they did not know how to activate our OpenKey app I had downloaded based on hotel instructions. The app said as soon as your room is ready your key will be activated. We spent a long time on both my husband and my phone trying to see if it can work. But the conclusion wAs that the hotel had not activated the room Key and the person behind the desk had no idea how to do that. They could only give us one key card and it was hard managing who goes out and when we come back. They were all out of key cards Problem 3. A maid knocked and despite we saying “who is it?”opened our door, walked right into our room looking at us in bed at 9am.

    Great little place, near everything.

Everything was great, except we booked online shortly before arriving around 4:00 pm, and we were not able to reach anyone on the phone at first, to get us our online keys. We called a few times and then got through. Lonely just busy, but we were just confused about the process.

Decent stay - nothing overly amazing or terrible

Decent stay - for the price. I do travel often and noticed "boutique hotels" in Orlando have really nice furniture and colors in the lobbies and shared areas .... but the rooms were very humid and the carpet/headboard needed a deep clean. Parking spots seem to be a little issues in the evening ... looks like locals use spots and we had to park a block away and wait until late evening to move the car into a designated spot. Not ideal but again ... the rate is low so kind of expected. I would stay again as long as the rate was low ($80 or under). Otherwise it would be worth using a traditional hotel.
