Breakfast is a bit disappointing when comparing to other five stars hotels I have stayed at. Selection is limitied, pancakes too compact etc
Location of hotel is great, and if you stay at floor 7 or higher on the side facing the zoo, many rooms have a very nice view.

When I travel, I always look for hotels to review that have something special, most importantly the views, as I shoot timelapses and this hotel had a great view of the front of the station.
On checking in the staff were flawless, the suite 377 was near the elevator so fantastic, the suite itself was amazing, with sliding doors to totally separate the bedroom from the living room, in case you have guests using the sofa bed in the living room they can...

No price list for the mini bar and took a little while before we figured out which button to press to let them know to service the room - the member of staff who showed us to our room could / should have explained? The location is lovely and great for a restful break. We stopped off for a day off on a trip around Germany as we knew it would be hot. We wanted to use the leisure facilities, which cost an extra €11 each per day. Not sure why they’re charging guests this.
