Decent room - appalling service
The room was an excellent size and beds were super-comfortable. So far so good. However for a three night stay they only cleaned the rooms on the first night despite me requesting the rooms to be cleaned on the other two days. The manager was extremely apologetic on checkout but the staff seemed like they couldn’t care less. A real shame because the property, the rooms and surroundings are lovely.

Spacious and great location
Located in a super quiet complex at Checkpoint Charlie, this condo is very convenient. We had to take an overnight train to Berlin thanks to the mags strike in Frankfurt. The staff was very nice to accommodate our early check in request. There’s a Lidl supermarket across the street where you can buy fresh bakery and fruits. Rooms are spacious. There’s even a dish washer in the kitchen. Highly recommended for family travel.
