"Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty.
Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the options of beaches and pools were brilliant, we enjoyed the nature park and gardens and the breakfast and dinner buffets were good with lots of choice (including always at least 1 option for vegetarians). The rooms in Borgo are simple, traditionally styled and comforable. With spacious bedrooms and great bathroom."

And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. Some of the workers there kindly called someone to come after waiting for 15 minutes.
