Towels changed every 3 days but the room wasnt cleaned properly in 4 weeks. Toiletries were not replace propery. Ask for a sea view. The road outside is quite busy, so traffic noise with refuse bins outside on roadway. Domt do the saturday BBQ... Not worth it.

Exactly what you expect, had a good stay for the 2 nights I booked. Price was decent and you get what you pay for. The rooms coulr do with an update and it doesnt look like they clean the dishes as I found mould on a glass but other than that, it was great!

Relaxed hotel and not far from beach
The apartment was clean and showers were really good. Customer service was great and the lady on front desk gave us a special offer for the breakfast which we took up. The breakfast was good. This hotel is great place to stay and is very relaxed. Also only 5 to 10 min walk to the beach. We have booked again. Only one thing really to be improved is to replace spring beds with memory foam as if you not used to them it does hurt your back a bit. But I think it's just a thing with this country where they order spring beds maybe.

The air con and safe didn't work. The staff didn't listen to us that we didn't want to use the safe anymore and have our refund. Instead, they insisted they'll ask someone to fix it. Tennis is expensive (€10/hr). No kitchen paper is not given.

Had stayed at this hotel previously and always has a great time. Everything was great with the exception of no air conditioning in room H 15. Reported this a number of times and it never got sorted. A fantastic family trip but spoilt by no air con

Arrived and got access to both rooms mid afternoon. Went for some food and arrived back at 2330 to find bed sheets full of termites. Did get transferred to another apartment, hotel manager was excellent but overall Excel Hotels were not interested We did get upgrade but even then apartments need a good upgrade
