To our surprise, we were greeted with open arms by the staff and treated to a most delightful room overlooking the Umbrian countryside. The spa, the pools and the gardens, our magnificent. In fact, we left the area to look for Real Estate and stayed a night away from this property. We found ourselves missing this place and decided to return immediately. "

"I'm seriously impressed by how beautiful this hotel was. Rustic, beautiful tiles and floors, doors, gorgeous gardens and pool, all built into the side of a mountain with a stream running by as a view for breakfast.
The room was also spacious and clean. The bathtub also apparently doubled as a jacuzzi though I didn't partake. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good.

The 5 course meals served on site were some of our favorite dinners - and at a very reasonable cost.
