Perfect for a layover!
Convenient for a 1 night layover. Was able to checknin early and got a room. Walked back to the airport amd went to Central Station and explored the town for the day. Room was fairly small, but well thought out. Had everything you needed , though a tea kettle would have been nice! Check in was quick and easy and super nice people to help you out. Would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to friends!

Modern, techy hotel!
Great stay; very modern tech hotel with an iPad for room control such as blinds and lighting. Although the rooms are not massive, they are very efficient. For instance, there's a large drawer under the bed that will fit all your luggage so it's not taking up floor space. Do yourself a favor and pay in advance for at least the breakfast buffet; BEST food I've ever eaten at a hotel...both quality and quantity! It's literally a half-block walk to the airport from the front lobby.

Handy for the airport
The best thing about the Citizen M is it’s proximity to the airport. I don’t eat the food there when I stay and I’m not enticed by the bar area either. Check in and out is easy; rooms are clean but compact and the bits and pieces of tech all work once you get the hang of them. Bin is ridiculously small and I think my wife would like sharing the toilet in the room as it lacks privacy. Functionally and does the job for business travellers.
