"Everything was great from begging to end. The only thing they need improvement is giving information and ensuring that the rooms have the "Do Not Disturb"/"Do Not Clean" or the sign of this nature on the door, as well as we find out that they do laundry for a fee which we didn't found out not until a day before our departure in the afternoon. I they could improved in passing information like this will be excellent. Thank you very much."
"What an amazing stay.
From the initial moment, the staff were absolutely wonderful, and organised a beautiful welcome for us as we were on our honeymoon.
The facilities are great, with a cafe on site with everything included (except wine).
There is a terrace restaurant (where you have the buffet breakfast) that opens at night with stunning views of the main plaza (Zocalo) and cathedral.
An amazing location so close to the main square and main shopping areas.
We would not hesitate to stay here again!
