The room I was assigned to had a broken AC and the hotel was fully booked. The staff was super helpful and provided us with a fan and water and changed us to a different room the next day.

when driving from Spain to Francee. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Ignacio gave us a warm and genuine welcome. The bedrooms were a good size and very clean. Bed was comfortable.

A very warm and friendly greeting from Daniela, nothing was too much trouble and all delivered in good English. We parked our car in the nearby underground car park.
