It’s peaceful yet convenient, which made it the perfect base for exploring the town. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials provided. The balcony offered lovely views of the surrounding greenery, and everything in the room worked perfectly—from the climate control to the hot water. The food at the resort was consistently good throughout our stay. The restaurant served a nice variety of options, and every meal we tried was fresh and flavorful. Dining with a view made the experience even better. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We felt well taken care of the entire time. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the team was attentive without being intrusive. The resort also had a few thoughtful extras like indoor games and open lounge areas, which added to the relaxed vibe of the place. Overall, Hill River Resort delivers great value for money. It’s a clean, well-managed property with a welcoming atmosphere, good food, and a beautiful setting. The property was also recently launched, so all the room furnishings were neat, clean, and well-maintained. The property is located in a peaceful area near Mall Road, making it a good option if you're looking for a stay away from market chaos."

"We had a great stay in this hotel in Manali. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was very comfortable and the meals were very good. Our overseas credit cards wouldn’t work so they allowed us to check in and stay the first night until we could locate an ATM to be able to pay in cash. We felt very safe in the area "

"We had horrible experience overall staying at this hotel. Cons: - The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow, making it nearly impossible to reach by car. It’s only suitable for those traveling by bike or on foot, so plan accordingly. - Heaters are not included in the rooms and are only available for an additional Rs. 600, which is inconvenient, especially in cold weather. - The breakfast buffet was disappointing in both variety and quality. It’s surprising this hotel has a 3-star rating. I didn’t try the dinner, so I can’t comment on that. - The property feels understaffed, and the existing team was not very helpful during our stay. Here are some positives if you still choose to stay. Pros: The mountain view rooms offer nice scenery, which is a highlight if you opt for that category. The property itself is clean and well-maintained."

"My family had a wonderful vacation stay at the Orchard Greens. The rooms were comfortable and most services were a phone call away. Excellent room service and good housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was well prepared and had enough variety for all family members. Kids loved playing in the kiddie park and lawn upfront. Most Manali locations were easily walkable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and it is perfect for anyone going with kids and grandparents to Manali. "
