Family of four /Excellent holidays
Excellent location, in proximity to Metro line Kremlin Bicetre to one side and Porte d'Italie on the other side and located in the 13th Arrondissement in central Paris. Easy access to the Tramway, buses all within 5 minutes. A very wide range of restaurants, cafés and boutiques. There is also a hypermarket ( Okabé) in which amongst others is Auchan supermarket. A ventage location for your journeys to centre of Paris. The very lively avenue , Fontainebleu is at proximity. The hotel is ideal for families. It is secure and comfortable. This is a first class hotel presently rated 4 stars but worthy of 5 . We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable stay.

Beware and call property before reservation.
We had executive suite but w/o AC. It was warm and toasty in summer. We could sleep any night. It was miserable. Table fans provided were not of any help. Wish we knew there was ongoing AC issue. It started months ago and that was not fixed tells it all. I hold hotels.com responsible for my misery.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty hotel.
We have an awful experience at this hotel. Let me go over details: 1.- The room was dirty, the rug look like it hasn't been vacuum in years, there were some left over from the previous gest under the bed. The shower had mold everywhere, the tub was dirty. The room smell unclean. 2.- No AIR CONDITIONER. We were not inform that this Hotel did not have AC. Also we could not open the window because the latch was broken. 3.-Parking, was the only good thing about this place. However, it cost 18 euros per night. 4.- Common areas like hallways, elevators, lobby, were bellow average. We had to stay in this hotel for three days because we needed the parking, and the other hotels near by, did not have parking. I bought some disinfectant to spray it in the shower. Do not book in this hotel.
