Probably won’t return
The building has no where to pull up with a vehicle and unload baggage. Very busy area. Parking is an issue. The room was very nice and very clean. There was no coffee maker in the room as indicated on the website. The master bedroom shade fell off the window and no maintenance person available to fix it. The sink in the master bedroom was clogged too.

4 nights stay at 8 Harrison Ave
I have stayed with Global Luxury twice. Both times I’ve noticed that the staff (as for my personal opinion) was not very nice and knowledgeable. Although my stay at the property in Downtown Boston wasn’t totally relaxing as it was overall what I was looking for. There has been also many issues about check in as I had 2 reservations and they thought I was checking out a day earlier, so they came to knock on my door. I found it very inconvenient and not professional anyways. Spoons and mugs were missing in the room and the concierge came knocking twice to ask and replace them, which It was once again very inconvenient even though appreciated. I was not able to either check in earlier or check out 1h later. The room itself was great, although wifi was going on and off during the whole stay, gym wasn’t functional at all, I also would have put darker shades in the window as it is definitely too bright in the morning. Overall, my stay was good.

Exceptional 10.0
Great location, fantastic king room.
We, 2 adults and 1 child needed a room for one night that was close to South Station Grayhound as that is how we got to Boston from Hartford. Very easy walk even though we hand luggage. Arrived prior to check-in and the very kind and helpful desk made this simple and quick. We only had 1 night here and during the wait for check-in we walked to Democracy Brewing for a quick beer and pretzel. From there it was a quick walk to Granary Burying Ground to visit Samuel Adams tombstone. After we checked in it was an easy quick walk to Faneuil Hall and then to Union Oyster House for dinner. Best of all we got a 420 am Uber pick up and ride to AA domestic for $16. Very quick ride with no traffic. BOS makes the ride-share drivers drop at the Arrival level between 4am and 10am but it was easy to go up the escalator to check in. The room was extremely clean and new. King was excellent. This hotel is very secure and you can only enter if they buzz you in or you have a key/fob. Most of the time windows won't open but these did about 4"-6". That was nice to cool the room as the heat was set too warm for us and we wanted to cool it a bit.

Clean modern vacation stay in Chinatown.
This is not a hotel. As others have noted, it's more like an extended stay residence. We stayed 4 nights. The room is not serviced each day. Checkin was straight forward. You are given an envelope with the WiFi password and cleanup instructions for when you leave (you'll need to follow them to avoid extra charges). The room was spacious and clean. The bed was too soft for our liking and some days we had sore backs because of this. The bed cover was too thick so you end up being too hot if you try to sleep under it. As a result, we took it off. The bathroom did not have a fan in it so it got quite steamy and a bit smelly after use. The linen was well supplied (towels, etc.). Soap, shampoo, etc. was provided but is not replenished. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, crockery, and cookware with clean modern appliances. A package of coffee, creamer, tea, towels, dishwashing liquid, etc. was provided but is not replenished. With a full sized fridge and cooktop, we were able to make breakfast each morning (grocery stores are nearby). The TV was a modern UHD smart TV with a set top box connected to it. Both worked well but you'll need to juggle the 2 remotes to make the most of the setup. We removed our trash upon leaving (to avoid extra charges). Checkout was straight forward. We recommend staying from 2 to 4 nights to make the most of the provided facilities. Any longer and you'll may need to purchase extra soap, etc.

The room was very spacious, sparse, few conveniences, but a nice location, close to the “T” and the staff was very accommodating.

Poor 2.0
Not a good experience.
After flying for 10 hours I landed in Boston at 11:30pm. I got to Global Luxury Suites Downtown Boston at 11:45pm and had to stand outside downtown Boston with luggage from 11:45pm to midnight before I was let in. After making three calls which I was told each time I would receive a call back I but never did. I waited in the lobby for three hours after that before I was able to get into my room. I did not see a staff member till the next day and all I only received was a I’m sorry. I am a was a female traveling alone and this was a business trip but paid out of my pocket for the first day due to flying in before the training with taxes and fees I paid around 300.00.

Poor 2.0
NOT recommended
We paid a total amount of $426.48 and there was a problem with this apartment, both of the blinds were broken and the person staying there was not able to sleep well. I sent 2 emails, but so far I have been told they will give an answer soon, now that the money is collected they dont care. Apartment was nice, but the have zero customer service. A disaster so far.

Not as advertised, not a hotel.
First, this was promoted as a hotel, and we were only staying for one night. The rate looked good and the photos appeared to show that the room would accommodate 3 people. As it turns out these are clearly extended stay apartments and should not be purported to be a hotel room. The studio was extraordinarily small, truly uncomfortable for 3 people, and if the advertised pull-out sofa was to be pulled-out I'm not sure that there would have been space anywhere in the apartment to put the coffee table so that the sofa could actually be pulled out. Instead, our 3rd person just slept on the couch as is. There were bags of towel sets, some of which were missing the smaller towels. The most disappointing part was that the "rate" shown on the hotel sites become almost double when the "fees" were added to the room, which was not clear in the app, and once booked could not be cancelled. After booking I had to go to an online form as if I were renting an apartment which again was a hassle when only planning to stay one night. The instructions also stated that we had to remove our own garbage and leftover food and drinks upon departing - again not an expectation of a hotel. If these were advertised as what they are - a very small studio apartment for an extended stay with an accurate rate rather than hidden fees, then it would be fine. But that was not the case and it was exceedingly frustrating and disappointing to discover these issues after it was too late to cancel the reservation.
