    Very disappointing

I would never honestly stay here again. Besides the hotel being packed we got to our room and lets start first with the bathroom one light kept flickering and blew out okay not such a big deal. The bottom of the bathtub was disgusting and greasy it’s like it was not cleaned. Then the air conditioner was not blowing out cold the staff was not very helpful. So the second day the maid left our door open I was so upset and all she could say was sorry this is absolutely unacceptable. Then the absolute next day house keeping starts banging on your door at 9am it’s like check out is at 12 in general and people like to sleep it wasn’t a great experience for a Hilton hotel and for $239 a night I definitely will be back to Boston but not at this hotel.

    Location, location, location

We stayed at the Hilton for 5 nights during a summer site-seeing vacation in Boston. This location was within a few blocks of our freedom trail food tour, the aquarium, whale watching cruise, Salem ferry, north end Italian restaurants/bakeries, Boston Commons, Quincy Market, transit station (T), etc. This hotel has lower rates than many in this area, and was clean and comfortable. The concierge was understaffed but very knowledgeable and friendly. I was also very impressed by our maid staff, who were prompt and thorough. During COVID many hotels seem to just skip cleaning during your stay, but not here. Fresh towels and beds made every day. The only complaint was the $57/day valet fee and wait times of up to 45min to get your car. The cars are parked blocks away and they need to unbury them each time. Avoid bringing a car if you can. You won’t need it to access any destination in Boston (T), Salem (Ferry) or Provincetown (Ferry). Overall, we were very impressed with this hotel and location. We would easily book here again.

    Bring a fan

Upon checking in, we were assigned a room on the 15th floor. After going all the way to the top floor with our luggage, the room was dirty and had not been cleaned after prior customer. We went back down and got a smaller and somewhat less appealing room n the fourth floor. It was clean, but not as nice as the originally assigned room. The a/c barely cooled the room, and we were on the middle of a heat wave outside. 90s and extremely humid weather. As we prepared to go out and walk around, we couldn’t cool down before heading out. I called the front and asked for a fan and for maintenance to check the a/c. We waited for quite some time and ended up leaving as it was getting late. I called front desk again and asked that maintenance let themselves in and a fan be left, because we won’t be there. When we returned hours later, no fan, ans the curtains to the window closed. I guess this was the remedy. The room still wasn’t cold. There continued to be a cool breeze from vent, but this was not a nicely air conditioned room. Soda vending machine was completely empty. I called to ask do there was another available on another floor. I was told the vendor didn’t fill the machines. Thankfully, we did get complimentary cans of soda brought to the room. For a Hilton, I was disappointed. Things happen, but overall it seemed more negative incidents than positive for our weekend.

Service fantastic. Parking crazy expensive. Convenient location. Neighbors were loud and I think we had a ghost in our room so sleep was not great for us here.

    I would stay again

In general its a very nice hotel. The room I stayed in had minor issues such as the drain on the tub didn't stay open and TV channels pixelating. The hotel is an excellent location with an easy walk to the North End, Aquarium and China Town.

Will absolutely be staying again. Every single staff member was fantastic. The hotel was clean and well kept. The room was spacious and the king bed was absolutely wonderful. Our rooms sunlight wasn’t the best, but we spent most of our day enjoying beautiful Boston anyway. I will absolutely be staying here again and would highly recommend.
