Nice Stay, Perfect Location.
A very clean, beautiful hotel. It’s within walking distance to the North End, Chinatown, the Seaport and other local attractions. Harold checked me in and was very friendly and helpful. Our waiter at the Rum Ba was also very friendly. Wonderful stay.

Great Service (if you appear rich).
We came here to celebrate my birthday and wanted to splurge a little bit. When we arrived to the hotel we were confused on where to park, or if we should bring our things in or check-in. We ended up having to carry all of our luggage through ourselves. Once we got to the lobby we were informed of an incidental charge, which is common but not mentioned anywhere whole booking which was weird because they mentioned the destination fee while booking. My card company crashed so I was unable to pay, and there was an assumption that I could not afford to pay. I am black, and 22 so I felt like it was motivated by some sort of -ism because why come to a hotel if you cannot pay. Shortly after we went to a different person to check in and he was nice and friendly, though he assumed we were there for a rap concert (which also felt very racially motivated). Once we got to do our hotel room I was a little disappointed by our view which we paid extra for. We paid for the Greenway view which according to pictures was meant to be a view of the city, but our view was of an office building. I would not have booked that had I know. However bathroom was gorgeous and bed was comfy, but I think I won’t be staying here in the future.

Fantastic family-friendly stay
My 5 year old and I did a boy's trip for the weekend, choosing this hotel as it was within walking distance to the children's museum, aquarium, and Faneuil hall. The staff was welcoming and treated him, the rooms beautiful, the pool clean, and the location convenient. We will be back with the whole family again soon.

Always a great place to stay
It’s always a pleasure to stay here. The location gives easy access to the train system and offers easy walkability to restaurants and other points of interest. The check-in and check-out process took only minutes and the front desk and valet personnel were professional and accommodating. We were given the courtesy of early check-in and late check-out. Accommodations are roomy and kept sparkling clean with daily service. Be aware that a $30/per night “amenity fee” will be charged upon check-out.
