Very disappointing stay - remaining wing is in need of remodel and is inferior to wing now used by Northeastern University. No food options after 11 - even in weekend. No vending machines or anything. Odd.

Nice!!
Very clean, nice atmosphere, parking is expensive but that is most places in the Boston area. Rooms are nice with a great view, modern, just a little small but everything you need besides a microwave/freezer, and nothing more! Great view, lobby is nice with the restaurant SideBar, Market and all you can want in the connecting mall which connects to other hotels as well. This hotel is awesome and the staff were friendly and welcoming as well!! Pool is beautiful and gyms were great as well, with locker rooms, bathroom and shower! The gym also includes two peloton bikes along with other cardio and weight training equipment. The pool is indoor so anytime of year is great and the ceiling is a glass window that is open in the summer so you can still get a tan if desired and have nice sunshine shining through! So not even completely indoor, a patio also right outside the pool, windows all around the lounge chairs as well! The staff Trevor at the front desk, bell hops and valet staff and others all through out the hotel there were super nice and friendly talked to you as if you knew them like long time friends!

Comfort & Convenience Hotel in Prudential Center
The Sheraton in Boston is located within the Prudential Center complex. The rooms are clean; bed comfy; linens crisp and clean; the four pillows on each bed add to a pleasant night's rest; desk reception and chambermaid staff are very nice and accommodating.
