This hotel is such a gem. The staff are so welcoming and helpful from the front desk to the kitchen staff to the house keepers. I would stay here again without a doubt. The decore and signage are super trendy without being obnoxious. So many cute details throughout the hotel.

I'm used to travel a lot and see many kind of Hotel and Staff members, but at 19 Rooms I must say the hotel and staff was beyond what I have seen at many 5+ stars Hotels in the past. It's a small but very cozy Hotel and Staff is incredible supportive and kind. Lots of smile and small chats. Its clear that its a good working environment, and that reflects your stay at 19 Rooms
