We had good time .The staffs are all so helpful and sort things so quick and nice The restaurant on the 9 th floor was soo good and excellent service . The man who preped the cocktail came to find out what exactly I need and made the best cocktail .when we asked for bread with the soup they made extra effort to bring it from downstairs cafe .well impressed

The staff at this hotel has been absolutely wonderful. We were here for three days when unfortunately the weather was terrible, so we were so lucky to have indoor amenities like the pool and spa as well as multiple restaurant options to choose from. The room is extremely nice however, not to the level that I would equate a typical five star property. Definitely a 4 though. I would say this is a four-star property that gets five stars for value because the price is fantastic. We stayed in Feb 2022 and paid only €90 per night and that was for an upgraded room. Breakfast was very good. Restaurants were great as well and very reasonable on price. It seems everything in Malta is quite reasonably priced compared to the rest of Europe. Indoor pool is great…..although lots of small kids on the weekend. It’s too cold today to use the outdoor facilities, but the rooftop pool looked like it would be wonderful in summer. I highly recommend this property to anyone based on value for the money.

Terrific Hotel
Great hotel. Breakfast, staff, amenities, location, all great. If I have one issue, it concerns building security. If they could put an elevator key card access I would feel more comfortable. Although there were absolutely ZERO safety or security issues in the whole country of Malta it would add a little peace of mind to keep us feeling safe

Stayed room 736 11-14/11 executive room. Good sized room with balcony comfy bed. Lovely staff throughout had a great stay. Great view from rooftop infinity pool and adult side pool. Steam room fantastic after long day walking. Pretty bar at side went for a drink. Would go back to this hotel.

Had a great time
The staff were incredible, really friendly and helpful. In particular there were 2 receptionists that were Brillant! They made staying in a big hotel seem like a boutique. The only criticisms I have were a shower head that was quite low, the indoor steam and sauna facilities were quite small and the buffet breakfast wasn't brilliant. However these are relatively trivial. Overall I would recommend staying there, good location, nice hotel and lovely staff.
