Hotel was nice and in good location, view from room was worst I have had, although room was clean and good. A/C didn't work, called maintenance, they had a look said was fixed, but nothing changed. Lift broke half of the stay. Breakfast was OK, but very limited vegetarian options.

This hotel was not worth it. The staff upon checkin were very unhelpful, to the point they were even sarcastic when we asked them any questions. The room was okay, but very hot, AC did not work, and out balcony looked on to other balcony with no airflow whatsoever. The hotel was extremely loud, other guests hanging out in the hall ways yelling and partying. My friend and i made complaints, which were never followed up. The final three nights were the worst, a bunch of teenagers were staying and they were very loud all hrs. And then the last night there was a party downstairs and it was so loud it was as if it was in our room. I made a sound complaint yet again and nothing was done. Overall visit was unsatisfactory i will forward this onto the hotel, because i do beleive something should be done.

Friendly Hotel
Easy check in. Very friendly staff. Great big room but bathroom quite small. Whole buiding could do with some TLC. Great breakfast also with plenty of choice and friendly efficient staff. Had an issue with no hot water but it was sorted within 30 mins. Overall enjoyed my stay and a convenient location for local bus services, restaurants, shops and bars
