An enjoyable experience.
I enjoyed my experience there. Staff, including management, without exception, were all very friendly, professional, helpful, eager to please. Indoor pool is very small. Sauna is small. Massages were good. Shops, pubs, restaurants are a 15 minute walk up a hill and down a hill at Paceville except for restaurants at Corinthia - a sister hotel which is a little nearer. Small shop a 10 minute walk which I found after 4 days. Nearest ATM is in Paceville - there is an extra charge eg. E3.95 if one withdraws E200.00. Bus stop is near hotel. It takes almost an hour to get to Valetta by bus. No trouble getting taxis at hotel. Fixed prices - E 23.00 to Airport, E 30.00 to Milleha Bay which has the best beach in my view. Golden Sands also good. Check wind direction before choosing beach! Outdoor hotel pools excellent - landscaped and presented very well. No convenience store in hotel to sell newspapers etc. A positive experience overall.

Not remotely a 5 star
This hotel has a lot of promise... lovely location with fab sea views from some rooms and a well maintained property. However, it is sadly lacking in one very important component... a friendly welcoming attitude by the staff. There were some exceptions but for the most part the staff seemed unhappy in their work and were not friendly or welcoming or anxious to please. This atmosphere permeated the entire hotel from the top down. A radical change is needed

Excellent 4 star on edge of St Julian's
A good 4 star, on edge of St Julian's, a €10 taxi ride from Valletta. More amenities than hotels closer to city centre e.g. indoor and outdoor pools, play ground, tennis courts. In Feb 2019, some building maintenance work was underway, with one wing closed and scaffolded This is due to finish by April. We had to change rooms to be away from the noise and this took a bit of pressure. Staff were helpful however, particularly Raymond, the Guest Relations Manager, and after 2 days we were moved to a lovely room with sea views. Restaurants and bars excellent. Would stay again.

This hotel is an uplifting place to stay with the most exquisite views of the sea and a warm and welcoming staff both at reception and room service. Although I was in Malta on business, I felt revived and rested on my return. This hotel is an excellent place to stay for holidays or business or a combination of both.

Amaxing hotel just five minute walk from the town, but far enough that you have no noise. Rooms were impeccably serviced each and every day. With a variety of place to eat and drink we found it hard to leave the resort (it wasnt until our 4th night did we leave the grounds). The gym was small but purposeful the pool outdoor and indoor were clean and never too jammed with people. You always had a sun lounger no matter what time of day, so no 8am run with the towel to save a spot (towels which the hotel provide! Major bonus) The staff were out of this world they would go to great lengths to make your stay perfect. Honestly my favourite quote from their welcome booklet was " if its in the fridge you can have it" you dont always see something on menu that you would like so this really was an amazing gesture! And last but not least! Make sure you get the breakfast you will be full until dinner! So many choices hot and cold food so many types of tea with so many options if you are gluten and dairy free! Loved it planning our bext trip back!

We stayed at the Radisson blue for two nights. Very nice hotel. We had a sea view room. We ate at the breakfast buffet which was fabulous. Beds were comfortable. Nice size room.

ACCUSED US OF LYING TO COVER THERE BACK
Our stay at Radisson Blu was okay we where there for a week. It was a shame there we’re works going on and half the hotel was closed! Be aware, you will be awoken by maintenance works if you like to sleep in. What upset us the most was the night before we were going to leave my wife turned on the lamp and it sparked quiet aggressively and shocked her hand. I tried calling reception a few times no one picked up so I ran down to the lobby to tell them what happened. They then tried dismissing this by telling me someone would be up right away to take a look. The maintenance guy came to our room tried turning on the lamp and it sparked again lightly and picked up the lamp and showed us the fault with it. He then quickly went to replace it. At this point my wife’s hand was still hurting and a little numb so I called the reception to speak to the manager. He was apologetic and said that a compensation would be offered and he will personally come down to the lobby in the morning and speak to us. In the morning I went to check out in the lobby and asked to speak to the manager (at this point although my wife’s hand was still hurting I was ready to dismiss the whole thing as the manager had been so understanding the night before). However, I was confronted with a reception worker who said he knew of the situation and they (the hotel) checked the lamp and it was fine. He indirectly, a few times accused us of lying. I then asked for all the names of everyone involved including his
