Good hotel but …..
Perfectly not luxurious hotel. Room clean but v little extras eg shampoo etc. take your own! Plenty of clean towels and bedding. First floor sea view is blocked by trees and Noisey traffic when balcony door open. If paying foor sea view insist on higher floor.

Small Room With Good Breakfast
First, be warned the hotel is two separate buildings. My taxi took me to the front, where I learned my room was in the adjoining building with stairs. No way to tell you before. I insisted they carry my heavy stuff there. Room very small with twin bed. Only one of 9 hotels with such small bed, and still hard to move around. Bathroom tiny with toilet in weird position, and didn’t always flush. Required a few efforts. Neighborhood is central, but not much to do in Sliema. Bus located right outside. Receptionist Mercy terrific. Anika, too. Okay for 2 nights, but stay in Valletta and take ferry to Sliema just to see.

Value for Money. Plaza Regency. A Nice stay.
Hotel is modern and very clean. Rooms are as expected a resonable size. We had a free upgrade to a Superior which included fridge and coffeee making facilities. Staff were more than helpful. They arranged Taxi to and from the Airport for €40. There is a €5 tax to pay on arrival. The hotel is on a busy main road so when on the balcony was very noisy. But I would go again as that was the only downside.
