Overall it was a nice place to stay. Everything was closed like the pool, rooftop, and etc. due to COVID-19 which is understandable. Although the front desk didn't really give us an explanation of how the hotel works. We was just given a policy paper to sign and our key and we were on our way. We had to figure mostly everything out on our own.

Went to DC to visit colleges

Took my kid there to visit colleges. To avoid the headaches, I paid $30 a day to park next to the hotel on a Sunday. I was told weekdays would be $50 per day. After I parked. We walked everywhere. The city was beautiful at night. Less people and cars at night.

    Good Option,

Overall I enjoyed the stay. They could have done better with breakfast. Service ok, they allowed me check in early at no additional charge. No house keeping, but they should at lease bring towels to room.

  • 2.0.Poor

    Worst stay.

It was inconvenient for the parking and the manager was just rude. Hidden fees and microwave. I will be reaching out to their corporate because I had paid 70$ for parking with two night and it was so inconvenient. No communication on how it works.

    Hyatt review

Room The room was very spacious for just one person. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable at all. Low profile bed and the pillows were horrible. I tossed and turned both nights I was there. Things to do NOTHING!!! There was absolutely nothing to do within the hotel. Pool , Gym and Bar are all closed (covid). There are walking distance restaurants and local stores. Breakfast The breakfast options were horrible. Not vegan or diabetic friendly to say the least. There is a beautiful breakfast spot to the left of the hotel. The Hotel It was a 3 out of 5 experience. The rooms are way to close to each other. Someone smoked weed the entire weekend on my floor. You can hear the doors slamming on and off during the night. It made the stay even more uncomfortable. The ice machine had mold in it. So each time you got ice mold came out with it . Hopefully it doesn’t kill me because I had a few cups on the first night Staff The staff were pleasant and accommodating as possible.

It was ok. The lady at the desk seemed like she aint wanna help for real. Thankfully, a guy named Joe was helpful when it came to finding parking. The toilet in my room blew a gasket. Took a while but it got fixed. The room was ok overall.
