frustrated after a long check in process finally getting to my room to order dinner and watch the news after a week of travel to find that the TV does not work and after 20 minutes of calling front desk, room service, guest services with no one answering the phone finally went down stairs. Great Stay!
I had a lovely 2-night stay at this property. The check-in was smooth with a very friendly and warm welcome at reception; this was consistent throughout my stay with everyone I interacted with (housekeeping, room service, front desk) as well. The room was very comfortable: compact but tons of thoughtful touches (macarons and turndown service) and amenities (the heated floor in the bathroom was a definite perk as were the toiletries). Good location and very clean (the room as well as the hallways). I was attending a conference and the food was excellent, as was my room service dinner (the roasted brussel sprouts were delicious!). I would definitely want to stay here again on my next visit to DC!
