Everything was great except by the parking, that was extra money I had to pay and the breakfast, dont know if it was because of the covid or what but it was poor
Due the COVID-19, the hotel didn’t have a room service or real breakfast. We needed to eat inside the room and the room wasn’t cleaned after it. The same with the other meals. I know it should be because of the unprecedented time. Free internet, ok. All 6th floor was smelling weed all the time. The recepcionist was nice.
The hotel customer service was abysmal. Hotel informed us not to check in on Wed Jan 6 due the Capitol riot. We ended up getting anther hotel for that night near Regan Nation for twice the cost. Hotel reps assume that to compensate for that night, we should stay an extra day, not taking into consideration our air line tickets and commitment. So far i still don’t have a credit for that night. The room i checked into had a big red stain on the floor. When I called maintenance, they said- oh- its probably just wine, you're OK. We will clean it when you check out". Then the water pressure in the room was nill, it only dripped water from the shower. I did complain and eventually given another room for my second night, but there were crumbs in the bed upon check-in
It was AWFUL they have a parking garage that you have to pay 30.00 to stay over night ! Also the garage closes at SO YOU CAN NOT COME TO YOUR CAR UNTIL YOU CHECK OUT so inconsiderate it’s swaddle
There was a hole in our bedsheet. Certain areas of the room were very dusty. Staff wasnt very friendly. Free breakfast wasnt good.
I love this hotel but the only down side is that you have to pay parking and using only 1 key for the whole complex per car 1 at a time. Apart from the parking we love the location and convenient to gas stations, eatery, all good pastries coffee and many more. We love it here
Everything was super nice. The rooms were very big and clean. Staff was friendly.
The hotel is really nice. the service and the workers were amazing. It was very safe as you need a key card to get through the main doors and the elevators. I enjoyed my stay. The parking isn’t free and it’s very busy in the area. Parking was a struggle and costly.
My stay was very nice it was my first vacation an I loved my stay it was near restaurants ,my friends home it was great
